I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms are spacious and nice, the staff is incredibly welcoming and always ready to help. The pool and pool bar are perfect for both kids and adults, and the direct access to the clean beach with crystal clear Red Sea water is a dream. However, the service could use a bit more professionalism and flexibility.
